Recipe Wednesday-Salmon Loaf


Salmon Loaf

A family favourite.  Easy, quick and delicious. 


2 cans (213g) salmon
1 sleeve crackers (saltines)
3/4 cup milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all together and place in loaf pan


Bake at 350 for 1 hr
Serve hot Enjoy.
